Privacy notice

This notice explains what Donna Stone Trotters Butchers ("we") does with information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an order we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the collection day, your order and any notes. We do not take payment online and we do not ask for card details.

What we use it for

Only to take your order: to ring you to confirm it, and to have it ready to collect. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a sale.

Who sees it

Us, and our website host, Valley PC Ltd, whose server sends the order to our email. We never sell or share your details, and we do not use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order emails are deleted once the order has been collected and any query about it is settled, and in any case within twelve months.

Cookies

The order form uses one session cookie to stop repeated sending. It holds no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by ringing 07530 558607 or calling into the shop at 1 Lewis Terrace, Llanbradach, CF83 3JZ. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
